Built for Big Projects

Lopez Brothers takes on the projects that need a builder who stays: whole-house renovations, additions and new custom homes across Hood River, Odell, Parkdale, Mosier, Cascade Locks and The Dalles.

Whole-house remodels. Gut renovations, new layouts, kitchens and primary suites. Older Gorge houses are rarely plumb or square, so we plan for that before we open the walls.

Kitchens and baths. Cabinets, tile, waterproofing, lighting and finish carpentry, built to the drawings.

Additions. More room without moving. Framing, roofing and finish work by one crew.

New custom homes. From foundation to final walkthrough, working with your architect or designer.

Design-build, one call. Lopez Brothers is design-build. Design and planning come from our design partner, Studio Renée, and the build comes from our own crew plus the licensed electricians, plumbers and HVAC subcontractors we work with on every job. One team and one point of contact, from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.

How we work. You get a detailed written bid before we start, including what’s not included. While we build, you’ll know where the cost and schedule stand. Hablamos español.
