This page explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you fill out the form on our website, or a form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, and details about your project, like the type of project, your budget range, your timing and where the house is.

Our website runs on Squarespace, which uses cookies and basic analytics to keep the site working and to show us how many people visit. Facebook and Instagram may also collect information when you see or click our ads, under Meta’s own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, set up a walkthrough, prepare an estimate and work on your project. We may follow up by phone, text or email about your inquiry.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that help us run the business, like our website host (Squarespace), Meta when you use an ad form, and our email provider. If you hire us, the subcontractors and designers working on your project see what they need to do the work. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information as long as we need it to respond and for our business records. If we work together, we keep project records as long as tax and licensing rules require.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email edder@lopez-brothers.com or call (541) 490-6170.
